When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
- Wrong or missing items in your order
- Quality issue (spoiled, undercooked, or not as described)
- Order cancelled by us (e.g. we couldn’t deliver)
When We Can’t Offer a Refund
- Change of mind after the order is prepared
- Delivery completed successfully and food was as described
- You weren’t available at the delivery time we agreed
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact us as soon as possible—ideally on the same day—via WhatsApp or call. Tell us your order details and the issue. We’ll look into it and either arrange a replacement (e.g. next-day meal) or a refund as appropriate.
Timeline
We aim to respond within 24 hours. Refunds, when approved, are processed as per our payment method (e.g. UPI reversal) and may take a few days to reflect in your account.
